Why I’m making it
I wanted to understand what happens closer to the machine, so Rust caught my attention. A password manager was something I wanted to use, and it gave me a project to learn with.

What I’ve been doing
I built the password manager while learning the language. By the time I had a working MVP, I'd also had some practice with ownership, types, and putting the app together.
Rust, through actual compiler errors. The borrow checker had notes.

What I’m working through
Ownership and types were new to me. I was trying to understand them while getting the app to work, so reading compiler errors was part of learning the language.
